On 27 december 2013 I went to Edgars Southgate to change a shoe size on the ground floor there were only 5 tills open. Bearing in mind that Edgars had a sale, I stood in the que for an hour then I decided to go call the store manager who made me an idoit by slipping back into his office with a back door. I believe when you have a sale that HUGE you need to hire EXTRA STAFF (TEMPS) in order to manage your store none the less I will never again go into Edgars Southgate Mall or even EDGARS as a brand if that is the kind of service they give to their paying customers it really. They should perhaps take a few customer satisfaction tips from places like Mike Kitchen - Parktown & Woolworths
