I bought a phone in jet sandton on the 21 november 2013 and i bought the phone cash and i was advised that should anything happen to the phone within 7 days i can bring it back to be replaced 3 days after my screen cracked i phoned the store to replace my phone as it was still under the 7days period i spoke to edwin whom is the manager he said he will give me a call within 2 days which he never did then i phoned edcon customer service i spoke to patrick who advised me to go to the store they will replace the phone and that he has escalated the query to the manager in sandton he even gave me the reference number to give to the manager.so on the 7th days of my window period i went to sandton jet looking for a manager and a guy by the name of vusi was called whom i explained to him and i even gave him the reference number but he had no idea what the reference number was for then there exclusion on my purchase and i was told that if i had purchsed the phone with an account they would have insured it for me i really feel that from the consultant who sold me the phone to the managers no one really knows what to do in this case i was sold the phone under wrong information awaiting respons
