I have been a [URL Removed] customer since 2005 and have placed 109 orders.
I ordered a parcel on the 10th of December that was advertised as "24 HOURS". Needless to say I did not receive my parcel within 24 Hours.
I Phoned the Call centre agents on the 11th to confirm delivery and Jeandre confirmed that it will be delivered within that same day. Nothing was delivered. I contacted the Call centre the 12th again just to find out that nothing had been done about my order and Jeandre didn't care much. She just said that she cannot contact the Courier to tell them that the parcel needs to be delivered. Nothing arrived. I Phoned Juan the 13th as I was going on leave for two weeks and wont be at work to receive this parcel and it was suppose to be a Christmas Gift for my daughter.
Juan changed the delivery adres to my Holiday Home adres, but the parcel never arrived. It was delivered to my workplace instead, MY daughter did not get her promised Christmas Gift, This parcel was R800 worth of gifts that I could not go and buy as I already paid this parcel. I also asked the Call centre to cancel the parcel but it was not done.
I just want everyone to know that [URL Removed] is POOR
