On the 23rd I went to ackermans to buy clothes for my kids after I waiting for ever to pay was helped by an incompetant teller who billed me twice. I got two arlets that R604.95 was deducted twice from Ackermans being the fair person that I am i went to my Absa branch to ask for a statement with that day's transactions it was confirmed Ackermans did take two amounts. Went back to Ackermans asked for a store manger Patricia whom I waited for ever as well she then came and said the teller told her that the transaction was hanging thats why she made two transactions I then told her but the on the statement it shows that two amounts were deducted and authorised and by my knowledge as an employee of the bank it means they took my money and the stupid "manager" then said I should send them another statement the following day with no apology said on their system its not reflecting I then told her i dont have time for that but will do so which i did on the 24th drove with my petrol at my own time with the statement that costed me money to ackermans silverton also waited for ever while they were faxing Patricia the statement which she said she received till today am stil waiting
