Identity has very nice jewellery but it breaks very easy I'm sitting with a hand full of they jewellery that brakes if you just put it on. I went to cresta's identity and told them that it brakes and they said that they can't exchange them if its broken!! I don't have a problem with them they are always treating me very nice and good service but paying for jewellery that keeps on breaking is a waist of money! Also when I opened I account with theme they guy that helped me at waterfront told me that I will receive a R250 voucher if I qualify for one I did qualify but never received my voucher of R250. And I told them and they said sorry and that's all. I will like to receive better quality in your jewellery or make your prices less on jewellery if it is not good quality.
