8th October 2013 I reported cracks which were on my coffee table I bought at the above mentioned store. Some guy was sent to assess the table, could not explain what was the cause and he took the table with. I received a new item and requested that the item be taken back as I foresee the same problem that I had en- counted with the initial item. I was going to keep the table but six months down the line I will be complaining again.
Naude being the guy I have been dealing with promised that he will ensure that they select the best possible item from their warehouse and re deliver it as soon as possible (this was in November). To date the table is still not delivered. Being given a long silent treatment and no update regarding my table, I sent mail to Naude requesting an update and on 20 December he responded indicating that Petrus will call me on Monday to make arrangements for delivery of the item. To date I am still waiting for that Monday and I have ran out of my patience. I will definitely think 100 times before I buy furniture from TFG again. All I want is my table.
