I ordered a Christmas Gift from Exclusive Books that was supposed to arrive on the 19th. When it didn't I was promised it would arrive by no later than the 24th. When I didn't receive any communication I called again to enquire and was told the book was out of stock. On Christmas Eve. I was then told that they would call me back with a solution. I've relieved no calls. All I can say is thanks for the disgusting service. It's now the 28th and I still haven't heard from Exclusive Books or received my book.
