Did not receive product after 8 days

I payed for a product on 20 December hoping I would get the gift before Christmas, I payed by EFT.
It's now the 28th December, it has past 5 working days for the EFT to go through.
I had to phone 4 times to ask about what is happening?
I had to send proof of payment to two different call agents to speed up the process, which did not help at all, no-one informed me or got back to me on why it is late.
I am a first time buyer on kalahari and I shall never purchase any thing again through them.
