Best quality food, WORST service & VERY unhelpful

After paying for my goods at the above store, the teller put the plastic bags on the counter and told me to start packing... when I asked the lady since when does the customer have to pack their own bags, she replied "you bought it, you must pack yourself". When I asked to see the manager, no one from management was in sight.

Every day without fail there are only 2 tellers at the Kiosk. You can never just go in and out of the above store as there are too many people. The sign at the Kiosk clearly states "no more than 10 items" but people go there with trollies full of groceries - where is the control from Pick n Pay? Then you have the Pick n Pay staff paying for their groceries - at the Kiosk, also full trollies.

There is clearly a staff shortage at the above store, you can go to any food counter and there will only be one staff member on duty... when you ask for service or if someone else can assist, we are being told to wait, staff shortage... definately not the customers problem when a store doesn't have enough staff?

Reason why I shop at above store, it's up the road from my house, very convenient, but now I rather drive to Checkers Bonaero Park.
