I wanted to order a set of certain glasses off Yuppiechef in time for Christmas, but the site indicated the glasses were currently unavailable. I called the call centre and spoke with Mel, trying to find out if there was any chance I could get the glasses before Christmas. Mel indicated that it may be tricky but she would call her suppliers and get back to me. In under 30 min I had a call back from Mel explaining the suppliers had 1 box left and that if I paid them that day, I would still receive them before Christmas. I EFT'd Yuppiechef and received the gift on time, together with a lovely welcome card. Thank you Mel for your great service and for helping me get the perfect Christmas gift.
