On 24 December me, my cousins were at SouthCoast Mall to buy toys for 15 kids@ d Crazy store. We had 1 shopping bag from Pick n' Pay which had slops which my one cousin had bought. In the process my cousin took off the pumps she was wearing to put on the slops she had bought due 2painful feet. She put the pumps in the plastic. After shopping, me and that cousin left shop to go to another shop leaving the other 3 ladies to pay for goods purchased. At the door the store manager Miss Mboyisa asked me to open my bag so she can search it and I was puzzled but obliged. other customers weren't being searched and asked her why and she said it's the stores policy. They payed and @ d exit their bags were also searched. we left, the manager went to the pay points to serve other customers. We went back to the shop and asked why she had stopped searching clients, she came back with 2 security guys and told them we had and pointed at my cousin saying another customer had alerted her and she had also seen her -all this occured infront of other customers. NO proof was found that she had and she offered a cheeky apology. We request urgent attention into this case.
