I ordered 24 hour delivery items on the 10th December.
Invoice states:
Your parcel is on its way! We are dispatching it on 12 December 2013 with our door-to-door service.
Estimated delivery date: 18 December 2013
Delivery will be during business hours so please make sure that someone will be available to receive it at the address specified.
Kalahari responded to my complaint to say sorry for the inconvenience but they did nothing to ensure that the items got delivered on time.
We had Christmas without receiving our order for the kids!
Truly sad and way beyond an inconvenience!
