I came into the Checkers Hyper at platinum square to do some quick last minute shopping at around 19H30 on the 23rd December 2013. As I walked past the Deli Department I was unsure where the Bakery. It was there I heard a lady screaming at the ladies at the Deli. She was screaming something about labelling. Turns out the Lady was Alta Dreyer, the Fresh Food Manager. She continued screaming even when I asked the ladies behind the Deli counter about whether the Deli was. I then told her I don't appreciate her screaming while I am trying to get help from the ladies at the Deli. She proceeded to scream at me. I felt completely disrespected. I proceeded to tell her to stop screaming at me and she continued. I told her I will report her to head office. She told me in front of the Deli ladies that I must go ahead.
She then asked them to line up in front of the Deli counter. Completely humiliating them in front of passing customers. I don't understand this.
1) I felt disrespected as a customer.
2) I dont understand why she felt it necessary to humiliate the Deli workers in front of passing customer, thats very unprofessional.
