I have owned several Fossil watches over the last couple of years. As the years went by the batteries seemed to last less and less and the straps etc started breaking more and more often. I bought a watch from a jeweller in Clear Water mall just over a year ago. Within 14 months of buying it the battery died twice and numbers on the face dislodged, blocked the hands. Being out of its year return gap I was in no hurry to have it fixed. Unfortunately I have been extremely limited on time the last couple of months and only had a chance to take it in for repairs today. Imagine the horror and shock when the shop attendant at Fossil's Woodlands store me I could not book my watch in for repairs with them but had to drive to another shopping centre 20km away to send it in for repairs. I took a chance and went to American Swiss - how is it possible that they can send it in for repairs but the Fossil shop in the same centre can't? I'm mortified at you attendant's blatant bad attitude, lack of service and unwillingness to assist. A true reflection on the Fossil brand, and products. You have one less Fossil supporter - for good.
