My husband and I went to the Mitchells Plain Promenade branch lastnight to purchase him a suit which we saw at Canal Walk last week. The Prom branch didn't have it in stock and I asked the customer service dept to call Canal Walk for me to confirm if they have my husband's size. They called and spoke to a lady named Mieshka who said no one was available. Promenade's customer service agent tried again for her to help us by telling Mieshka that its for a client. After waiting a while Mieshka responsed by saying that the men's dept doesn't have a phone and none of the men's dept staff are prepared to come to the phone that she is using. We left the store unsuccessful and it was really disappointing because we usually visit the Canal Walk branch for all my husband's clothes as well as my daughter's. Now that their branch has had a revamp, it seems the staff have become snobbish along with it.
