Hi, I have been with Edgars for more than five years, I have done my best to pay my bills more than the required installment every month. When I got retrenched in September 2012, I submitted all the required documents for an insurance claim to settle my account. It has been three months to date and I have not received any feedback on the progress of my claim. This is really poor service, considering that I have been a loyal consumer I expected the same kind of treatment from Edgars.
