I placed an order on 11.12.2013 for the book, 'Who moved my cheese'.

My order number is: (a1001112780)

I called your offices the week of the 13th of December and the week of the 16th of December and spoke to Fawaaz. He advised that the order is stuck with the delivery company however, they should be delivering my order shortly. This was last week.

The expected delivery date was 12 December 2013. Today is the 23rd of December 2013.

Can you please arrange to have the purchased amount credit to me either in voucher format or via credit card.
