I have order my family's Christmas presents by the end of November. Superbalist ensured it would be delivered by the 9th of December. However no presents were delivered. I contacted them to ask when my package will be delivered and they ensured my it would be in 3 working days. Till this day no package has arrived. I emailed a complaint and no one replied. I will not recommend online shopping from them and will never again order from superbalist/ citimob.
