I bought the R599 Dstv package including installation and dish.
the till operator had no idea how the package worked she gave use a business card of an installer and said we should ask him.
When we called him and he came out the Sunday to install the dish and was very rude and impatient, he wanted us to purchase the equipment to install the dish which cost R700. This was not explain to us at the store and I cannot get a hold of the store technically for further directions. I even tried calling the customer care centre no answer after holding on for 30 mins.
The package state standard decoder plus steel dish and free installation, but this is not true because you have to pay for all the equipment before they install it.
I wish to return the dstv box and get my money back.
I will never shopping a pep again
