I baught a bottle of wine from pick n pay on 18 Dec. On 21 Dec I found the bottle almost empty in my cupboard. The seal was not broken, it just came of the bottle with the cork still inside. I took the bottle of wine as is back to pick n pay Ladysmith. I asked for a replacement or a refund. I was told by a very arrogant employee named Sifisi Dindi that he cannot return or refund the bottle because its Sunday. Then he said I need a slip to proof it was bought there. His argument was that he sold the wine to me in a good condition, implying that I maybe opened the bottle myself... How do you take the cork from the bottle with out breaking the seal or using a corkscrew?
I have never received such bad service from Pick n Pay.
