When I am not satisfied with a product I get a replacement with no trouble. They find me a product on the shelf with better quality. The cashiers are very professional and smart. There is safe parking for your vehicle and the shop is very clean and neat. Spar in Graaff- Reinet is the best. I love the food from the deli and cakes from the bakery.
