No deliver order cancelled 5 days before Christmas

I purchased an item from Kalahari on the 29th Nov. The item was estimated to be delivered on the 16th Dec. I still have not received a tracking number or any correspondence from Kalahari. I called today (20 Dec) to have an agent tell me that the item is not available from the supplier and the order is most likely cancelled... This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never use Kalahari again.
