I placed an order online and requested overnight delivery on 18 December. I expected delivery on 20 December but have not received an email to advise my parcel has shipped. I called the client services number who advised they cannot assist with online order queries and gave me a number for head office and said I need to speak to Princess. No one answers the phone, it goes to voicemail. I don't want to leave messages. I want someone to tell me whats happening. I paid via credit card so you have received the money already. I wanted my order before the weekend started and that is why I selected the overnight delivery option.
