Complaint phoned in about rust appearing on bottom of water container - unit of less than a year old.

Reply - pour hot water into unit and wipe clean?

I ask you with... tears in my eyes, is this what one wants to hear after purchasing a product of this price.

There goes all great marketing out the door.

Tried to get hold of management as per usual not available.

Advice - beware before purchasing your unit.
