Spoke yesterday about my order which I need by Christmas (ordered on the 25th of November and the 3rd December and today I receive an email saying that my order has been delayed for the 3rd time and will only be here on the 30th of Dec.
I checked the cutoff dates for Christmas before ordering. The other order that is still saying the estimated delivery date is the 11th of Dec I have still not received the order (currently the 20th of Dec).
I have phoned in 4 times to sort this out and am thus far appalled at the service that I have received.
Up to this date:
Paul 13th December - (Call center) Never called back despite promising too.
Anita 14th December - (Call center) Never called back despite promising too.
Called on the 17th Offices were closed
Given 19th December - (Call Center) Transferred me to Edgar
Edgar 19th December - (Support manager) Was told that there is no problem with stock and that the supplier confirmed that they could have the item at the warehouse within 24 hours, Yet I must wait till the 30th of December to receive something ordered and paid on the 3rd when the item with the longest date was specified at 9 days for delivery.
