We purchased a set of couches from Fielli designs in January 2012. We initially contacted them stating that the product has a material defect within the warranty period however nothing was done to rectify the matter. When the situation worsened, we contacted them again to have the couches repaired and we were informed that the warranty has expired hence they cannot assist with the repair costs. I understand that a warranty cannot be valid forever however I'm pretty sure that no couches life span should be less than 2 years especially couches of the same calibre manufactured and retailed by such an highly reputable company. Several emails have been sent to the Managing Director and Customer Care Liaison however they just seem to pass the buck and expect my retired parents to pay for repairs. Disgusted at their service and lack of customer service.
