Edgars to update my Credit Report as they should

Good day
During August 2013 I requested for my credit report and only to find out my Edgars account have an overdue amount of R97.00, called the head office so they can explain why do I have such amount while I requested for the account to be closed as it was paid up. I spoke to Tombizodwa Manzini and she assisted with closing of the account and provided a letter stating that the account has been paid up and requested to be closed by myself this took place on the 16th August 2013, 11th December 2013 I have requested my credit report again and I have noticed that Edgars did not update my profile with regards to the account as it still shows R97.00.on the 11th December 2013 I have requested my credit report again and I have noticed that Edgars did not update my profile. I called Tombizodwa on the 19 December 2013 to find out and she did not have the answers why my profile was never updated according, she promised she will send an email to her supervisor by 14:00hrs. I have requested her to include myself on the mail so I can have an idea as to what's happening and she never did. I need this update as soon as possible this retailers are taking advantage of us. i dont want to wait 16 days
