Worst Online Shopping Experience

Absolutely shocking shopping experience with kalahari. I have placed several orders for Christmas and not only did I receive some late, I have still not received some. The ones I received was way pass the expected date, they dont let you know when they will be delivering (given the fact that the orders are overdue about a week), the other item I ordered was in stock when I ordered on the 23rd Nov then it got dragged out to the 15th Dec were i eventually cancelled the order. I phoned kalahari twice and they would have come back to me... they never did. To top it all off, the other item I ordered would have been delivered before christmas and now it will only be the 3rd of January. Takealot could really teach you how to run an ecommerce site... even your support staff have no idea what they are doing. I am still waiting for my refund for the order that I cancelled. maybe you should add some interest to the refund...
