I have been shopping at pick n pay for years because they always gave good service but now I'm going back to checkers even if they service is bad at least they're staff has respect for the customers. I have noticed that almost all pick n pay staff just walk and not give a about the customers when I worked for pick n pay years back if you did that you get a warning but that's not all even the manager/ staff member screams at a customer for taking a trolly that was standing there and she was apparently using it but those are for customers not staff to use for one small packet. So pick n pay here in Norwood mall will never see me again.
