FAILURE TO PROVIDE ME WITH MY DSTV INSTAL VOUCHER

I went to Pep store at the Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra to purchase a DSTV decoder with free installation which was R599.I phoned Multichoice to provide me with an installer's name. I phoned the installer and he requested for an installation voucher which I was not provided with. I phoned Pep store to speak to Nokuzola enquiring about my installation voucher which I was not provided with. The person who picked up the phone left me hanging to look for Nokuzola and he did not come back to the phone to advise me whether Nokuzola was there or not. I phone again and I was advised that she was on lunch. Mind you, this is my airtime wasted, phoning twice to speak to the same person. I heard a familiar voice behind the phone and they claim that she's on lunch. They promised that they will contact me back and they still haven't. I am sick of this treatment already. The installation is taking forever to happen and it is costing me additional expenses which I hadnt planned for. Now I cannot get the installation without the voucher. She was even rude when I bought the DSTV decoder. I am sick of this. In fact I want a full refund. I will buy the decoder somewhere else where i'll get proper assistance
