Infalid and wrong info on tickets

I, Miss MM Dennis, bought 2 bus tickets at computicket and the info on the tickets was wrong. The info on the ticket said that the bus (City to City) departs from Witbank station but when we arrived at Witbank station there where no busses and the pick up point of the busses where at a diffrent place and across town. Info on tickets are wrong
