Good day, on Saturday 14 December I bought a Explorer at your Centurion branch. I was informed that they do not have stock but they will get it for me and I can come fetch it on Tuesday 17 December. I pitched up on Tuesday - no explorer, was told to come next day, pitched up on Wednesday - no explorer. Then spoke to Sales Manager she promised it will be at the store on Thursday (today). Pitched up there - and guess what - no explorer.
Is this the type of service you are proud of??? This is totally unacceptable. Sales Manager did not even bother to phone us to provide feedback and when asked why not - she does said she was busy. Busy with what?? Definately not looking for the exporer!!! Be assured - I will never ever buy from you again. And I ask all my friends and family not to also as this is totally discusting.
