On ordering furniture at Furnicraft we where promised delivery no later then he following Thursday once the furniture is made. The furniture was confirmed complete nearly a month back and we paid the balance on Mondsy past. We still await a call to confirm delivery meaning it is not taking place today. It being Christmas and one wanting to complete deco plans one relies on these gauranteed dslivery periods - what is the holdup?
Also on paying the balance and requesting a copy of the receipt it was a major issue - after spending nearly R5000.
