On the 2nd of October 2013 I pre-ordered the Sony PS4 on the Incredible Connection online store. I paid for the console as well as an additional R350 fee for same-day delivery in Pretoria. I was expecting to receive the item on the 13th of December 2013. I still haven't received anything, not even a phone call explaining the delay in delivery. When I enquired with Incredible Connection, I was accused of having erroneously ordered my items from a store in Cape Town, hence the delay in delivery. This is utter hogwash. I chose the option for delivery to my door;so there was no need for me to select a store to collect from! It is now the evening of the 18th of December. Still no delivery. What was the point of pre-ordering? Why did I waste my money by paying for same-day delivery to my door? All things considered, I feel I have been more than patient. I paid well in advance but have received nothing. This is quite unfair and gravely disappointing.
