I ordered R380s worth of goods online from Woolies on the 20th November, 2 days later I receive an email stating out of stock on 2 of the 3 items (I thought the point was they would always source stock from a branch- the whole purpose is to make life easier so I don't have to run from branch to branch) I responded on the 2nd December with the request to bring a different color (which was offered to me) and the last item and to credit the balance. No delivery as yet, no phone call, no credit... Woolies, if you cannot provide the service please rather just give me my money back. I needed the items for HOLIDAY which has started already. Thanks for nothing.
