Unfair billing or legal fees

I have been receiving calls from home choice to make payments and hey advised that I have handed over to DMC, which I agreed to pay them. I was contact by them with a full settlement amount and legal fees to pay. I settled the account in May and I even received a paid up letter from them. I emailed this letter to homechoice on 2 occasions and called to enquiry if they received it and they told me that no1 has received the letter, itwas emailed to contact [Email Removed] on the 04-12-2013 and on the 17-12-2013. On the 17-12-2013 I received an sms from Strauss attorneys demanding me to pay legal fees as they handled the home choice account. I caled them and spok eto Michelle and she said I need to pay them and explained that the account was setled in May and she said she will find out from homechoice on what is happening. I am not going to pay again as DMC was paid in full their calls were recorded and they told me that the amount I paid was the full amount including all fees. Please sort this out and remove my name from ITC. If the matter is not resolved I will report you to the NCR and the OMBUDSMAN by friday. Send me letter stating that the matter is resolved and ITC is updated
