Homechoice trying to extort money from me

I ordered a bedding set and on the order form I expressly said I wanted to pay once off via credit card. I received the goods via courier along with a statement detailing term payments. I called Homechoice and explained that I wanted to pay once off and asked for another invoice. I understood that a new invoice would be sent and that I would be expected to pay the full amount once I received the invoice. 3 weeks later I had not received an invoice so I called the call center. I was told that I had missed the deadline for once off payment and that I would now have to do instalment payments, which I did not want. I asked for a manager to call me and waited yet another 2 weeks with no response. I finally called in again and now spoke to the 3rd call center person who gave me a different story and calculated a settlement value for me which was in excess of the sum of the instalment payments. Then the calls from a collection agent started telling me the account was in arrears. I eventually got fed up of all the calls and asked for a settlement value, which I received via email at the end of August. I settled the amount in full in Sept but am still receiving calls and threatening letters
