I tried to buy a tablet today through [URL Removed] I used my UK mastercard as my parents had put birthday money on there for me. I have been planning to buy this tablet for months and was so excited that I finally could.
The money has gone from my card but now Kalahari emailed to say there's "something funky" with my card details so the order is cancelled! Told me to try again! And give them another R1400 of my money?! I tried to call thier call centre but it's closed (at 2pm on a weekday? Seriously?!) so have resorted to email. They must give me my tablet or reverse my transaction (which is going to cost me thanks to the exchange from pounds to rands!). I am so angry I'll never shop with Kalahari again.
Thank you Kalahari for ruining what, up until about an hour ago, was a great birthday!!!
