Foshini promised me they would cancel my 3 gift vouchers and restore it to unused status. They had to reverse the sale as they would not accept my payment of the balance with credit.
Thereafter, I noted that 2 of the gift cards were restored, but the 3rd voucher now still shows as "used".
Upon numerous enquiries, Foshini advised that they will contact their Customer centre, but they are too busy over December holidays.
