At 10am on a public holiday (16/12) the Branch Manager - Alan - had to 'step out' according to Ndomiso, and he wasn't sure what time he'll be back. Asking if Alan has a phone number, I was told that he doesn't and even if he did have a phone, they don't have a number for him. Seriously?!
If you are interested in knowing why I wanted to speak to Alan, get in touch with me. However... If the staff attitude is anything to go by from the example management sets, I certainly do NOT want to liaise with Alan.
