Incorrect Pricing & Bad Attitude at Galaxy & Co

We had to ask the sales person to come from behind the counter to assist us. She handed us the bracelet from the display case, it had a pricing sticker on it for R199. At the counter she scanned it, and says to me R349. I said no, the price says R199. She then told me the price tag on the product is not theirs. And the system says the price is R349. I then asked her to call the manager. She took 5 minutes to come from the back and immediately started telling me that the price on the product is not the sales price. It's the price Galaxy pays to purchase the product from their supplier. She also tells me that they don't display the sales price in the cabinet as there's no place to put it as the product moves around too much. Apparently all the other products in the display case has the selling price on it, just not these bracelets. I'm very displeased that she didn't even give me, the customer a chance to explain the problem. Also, should the price on the product not be the selling price? I expect to pay the price that I see!!! So not only did we receive terrible service and a horrible attitude, but also incorrect pricing. The manager didn't even apologize for the problem!
