I do not understand how our instalment on a little over R4000.00 can be more than R1000.00 a month over 12 months?? Till now we receive numerous phone calls informing us that we are overdue but NO ONE can tell us how they came to the conclusion that this should be our monthly instalment. Yesterday my fiance received a call informing him about the over due total and after explaining what I just wrote he was told to go to the nearest Edgars and they will have to recalculate the amount. We got to Edgars and was told that head office is busy and that she is unable to phone them to sort this out and her attitude suggested she doesn't care. Today my fiance received yet another phone call and the more he explained to the man what the situation was and that we had to drive all the way to Edgars without receiving help yeasterday the more the man hammered on the same question, when my fiance got aggravated at the man who is unable to understand, the man got EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I would like someone to get in contact with me about this but please NOTE: DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU CANNOT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I'M SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND NOTHING GETS DONE.
