I was inform by a service provider that my name has been listed on ICT by Sterns. I had an account with Sterns which was fully paid up and closed. At this present moment I no longer have an account with Sterns.
I called their customer services and was told that my account is Rnil and when I asked why was I listed on ITC I was informed that I need to call their lawyers as the account is no longer with them. The odd thing is I settled my account in Kempton Park and right away closed the account as I was unemployed. Sterns received my payment and closed my account. Now my application cannot be regarded and Sterns cannot assist me and I am being referred to people that I was never in contact with before.
All I need is my name to be removed and Sterns to write a letter confirming that I fully paid them.
