Incorrect delivery date and then no feedback

I placed an order with Kalahari Sunday the 7th of December 2013 and the delivery on all three of my items said (Dispatched within 24 hours - 1 working day). I didn't expect it to come on the Monday & only expected it to arrive on Tuesday the 10th of December 2014. Nothing arrived on the 10th, if Kalahari are advertising "depatched whinin 24 hours" i would have really thought it would have arrived on the 10th. I then looked at my confirmation of my order and i saw it said expected delivery date : 11th of December 2013 - which was longer than i expected but i then acceted that and waited for delivery. On the 11th of December 2013 at 16:30 i called head office to find out where my order was. A lady told me that she will take my number down and call me back (she called herself Shayna Wild - I have the voice recording). I never received a back at all. I called the call centre today to ask for this lady and a very helpful gentleman by the name of Waseem helped me and informed me that there is no lady by that name working there. He also informed me that he could not see who was in my order. My parcel did arrive on the 12th of December 2013 at 09:50. Not the service i expect from Kalaha
