Furniture was returned on the 28 November 2013. Received an email from Charles on the 1 December to say that refund would reflect in my account 3 to 4 working days. 12 days down the line and still no refund. I sent two emails to him and he has not had the courtesy to respond. Phoned this morning and spoke to Maria who said that she would get back to me but as yet I had heard nothing. Have purchased and returned many items online with other Retailers with no problems. I am very hesitant to order online with MRP again.
