I went to pick and pay in east rand mall today 12/12/2013.I went to pay at the "baskets only" tellers at the first tellers. The lady that helped me at the teller was very nice. There was 2 items that did not have price tags on it. The lady asked almost 5 people to please get the price tag from another top that is the same and they all just looked at her and passed refusing to help her. She screamed and asked for her supervisor at least 15 times - where she stood and talked to other people. When the second lot of pick and pay staff walked passed she asked again and then the all ran to go fetch their pay slips and also refused to help her. Eventually one of the girls in the teller next to her stood up to help. I waited at least 20minuts for someone to help her. I find this as extremely poor service!!! Is the staff not supposed to work as a team??? Now they have customers waiting forever because they now first want to see their salary slips. WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! and this is not the first time I had such bad service.
Thank you for the lady that helped me at the teller - but I feel sorry for you to have to work with such lazy employees.
