I went to the dial a bed store on Malibongwe Drive in Randburg yesterday 11 December at around 11:00.

Daniel was the sales person, and 1st impressions was good, he was friendly and helpfull.

I then proceeded to order a bed. A Seally, Sutton Pampertop King Size with extra length. I was told that they will deliver by Friday, the 13th of December. I have asked him 3 more times after that is he sure that it will be delivered on Friday, and he said he checked with the supplier and it will definitely be delivered on Friday,

He confirmed this delivery with me 4 times.

Today he calls and says that they cant make delivery and they will only be able to deliver next week Thursday, some story about stocktake Yesterday,

The problem is I have sold my old Bed and its being picked up Friday Morning, now I have to book my family into a hotel??? Who is going to pay for this??? then I told him I want a refund so I can go to a different place to buy a bed, he then said OK and put the phone down in my ear, everytime I call he is either not there or not in the shop.

What kind of customer service is this, when will I get my refund or bed and who is going to pay for my accomodation???
