I got a call yesterday from a lady name Karabo from direct channel on behalf of Edgars, to confirm my account limit and personal details. I closed my Edgars account years ago. I was in shock. I asked if the account not closed and is someone using it, she says she cant see. I must phoned Edgars. She called me to confirm my limit on a closed account and now cant see anything on the system, I must waste my phone call to sort out a matter that be. She tells me if i dont want to confirm my details thats fine
