I have been a customer for Runway since last year. Fair enuf they state that delivery can take up to 20 days but also state they will provide updates! Lately, one pays and doesn't hear of their order for days!!!
I ordered 2 pairs of Steve Madden shoes from them on 4th Nov and only received a call from their sales person (Dominic) who tells me that my order didn't arrive from supplier/arrived damaged or some like that! He promised to send me an email shortly where I would need to reply with my banking details for a refund... 2 days later I sent an email to follow up and was again told shortly. Eventually the email arrives & was advised refund is being processed. I rceive another sale mail frm Runway on 26 Nov and was interested in 2 items but before I made the payment sent email 2 Dominic to confirm if I can place an order an pay as soon as my refund comes thru (which I was promised would be the next day). Of course he confirmed. I rcvd the money the next day (27 Nov) and immediately paid and sent proof for the next order. On following up this morning 11 Dec, was told my order not processed as sale closed & they didn't receive POP on tym??? I sent POP & confirmed!! NEVA AGAIN
