I placed an order on [URL Removed] (order number 1000503352) on the 16th of October. The goods were paid for the same day. The first item was shipped as per the time quoted. The second item on the order was not shipped, and without any communication with me, subsequently cancelled. I have called Kalahari once and emailed them 3 times since the 27th of November to find out why my order was cancelled without my consultation or consent, and have yet to receive a response from them. I did, however, receive a survey email from them today requesting my input regarding their service... It is SHOCKING!!!
